Mandel Dermatology is a medical and cosmetic dermatology practice located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. When the client originally approached Touchpoint, they had a website that was hosted and managed by a costly medical marketing platform, which didn't fully deliver on their value proposition of omni-channel marketing, full-service SEO, and increased patient traffic. Furthermore, the client wanted to transition away from a costly online appointment booking website to an online booking system that was managed in-house.
Touchpoint was able to deliver a redesigned, fully responsive, ADA accessible website with restructured SEO and a HIPAA-compliant, real-time online booking system for patients.
The resulting website became a homebase for existing patients and was in front of more prospective patients with vastly improved SEO rankings.
